I joined the Blue Star CAL. Heres pictures of mine so far. Although I took off the verigated and substituted it with country blue. I think my 5th color will be cream

Yo Yo Afghan

I started Joining my Yo Yo's. I'm using RH SS in Black. It is 20 Yo Yo's wide and approximately 50 inches. So far I have just the three rows.

Scarves

Heres a Scarf and a Scarf and Hat set that I will be donating to charity.

Fat Bottom Bag - Finished. I just need to weave in the ends. Oh yeah and I need my handles lol I ordered them like 8 or 9 days ago from eBay and haven't gotten them yet. I'm not sure if I will use the dark brown 6 inch pair or the bamboo 5 inch pair. The color is actually a little off in this picture. It's darker, the yarn is Lion Brand Suede in Denim.

Heres the Vest I'm working on for Gavin I now have the front and back done I'm just working on weaving in the ends then I need to sew them together and do the edging. He's so excited about this he keeps reminding me that i need to work on it lol

Second a Spiral Scarf for Mil made from left over yarn Lion Brand Homespun (dark purple) and TLC Amore (pink)

This is a scrap scarf I made from little pieces of yarn that i tied together. The pattern was really simple. I started with a chain to the thickness that I wanted it Plus an extra 3 chains (counts as first DC). Row 1: in the 4th chain from the hook DC, DC in next chain, *chain 1, Skip 1 chain and DC in the next chain* repeat from * to * across with 1 chain remaining and DC in the last chain.
Row 2: Turn, Chain 4 (counts as first DC and chain 1), *Skip 1st stitch, DC in next stitch, chain 1*, repeat from * to * across DC in last DC. Row 3: Turn, Chain 3 (counts as first DC) *DC in next stitch, Chain 1, Skip 1 DC*, Repeat from * to * across 1 DC in each of last 2 DC's. Repeat rows 2 and 3 until you reach your desired length and bind off and weave in ends.


This is a scarf I made for myself. I found the idea in a post on Craftster. All it is, is a bunch of long pieces of yarn that i knotted together and then braided and knotted at the other end. Really simple Only took maybe a half hr to make :)

I just made these 2 necklaces for my nieces. The picture is kind of bad but I need to redo them so I will get a better picture when I remake them. I'm worried because they are a little small and I want them to be able to wear them for a while.

Lots of stuff finished!!! Partially because I've been crocheting a lot partially because I'm really bad at keeping up with my blog lol.

First a not so short "Short and Sweet" from the Happy Hooker Book. It's my first sweater and I made it for myself but it's a little to big for me ... I'm not really lovin it on me. I will probably give it as a gift for christmas next year

This is a scrap scarf I did for my mom, not the best picture but alas I already gave it to her so I can't take another.

I'm still working on an afghan for my sister and a spiral scarf for MIL. Gavin wants me to make him a sweater vest from the Candy Tot's book for which I just ordered the yarn from Knit Pick's last night, so I will be starting on that very soon :)

Gavin asked me to make him a new hat with "ball's and ears on it" this is what he got :)

I'm really bad at this whole "blogging" thing. I made a really cute scarf and hat for one of Gavin's girl friends and didn't get a picture before I gave it to her :( Oh well. I'm working on a few blankies for my friends mom to give at baby showers.

I also need to make a poncho and finish up a blanket I started at the begining of the summer. And then theres the bag for the Happy Hooker chain gang along ... and I wonder why I have such a hard time remembering to blog lol.

Heres the hat I just finished for the Happy Hooker Chain Gang Crochet Along. It's from the Stich n' Bitch Happy Hooker book. It's supposed to have an Anarchy A on it but I went with a G instead.
